How does CAM International of Canada use my donation?
CAM directs as much of your gift as possible toward the project or missionary you wish to support. For gifts to a missionary account, 13.05% is dedicated to missionary support services. For project accounts, between 3% and 15% is dedicated to administration. Among other things, these funds allow CAM Canada to provide the following services to missionaries:

• Godly leadership that unites the organization with a common vision
• Mobilization of new missionaries
• Orientation for newly appointed missionaries
• Professional counselling and spiritual formation for missionaries
• Communication support for missionaries and the organization
• Leadership formation and training for team leaders on the field
• Accounting and financial administration of missionary support
• Technical services for the national office and missionary personnel

If you choose you may also give directly to these support services and other national office functions.These gifts are crucial in enabling CAM Canada to accomplish the mission of transformation among Spanish speakers globally.

Spending of funds is confined to the programs of the mission.  Each gift designated toward a board-approved program will be used as designated.  When any given need has been met, or where a specific project cannot reasonably be carried out, the donor agrees that designated gifts will be used where most needed.

How do I donate? 
The most common forms of giving are by cheque, automatic bank withdrawal and credit card. For specific information on each method of giving, click here.

Will I receive a tax-deductible receipt?
CAM International of Canada provides tax-deductible receipts for all financial contributors. To receive a receipt, please make cheques payable to CAM International of Canada, and if applicable, include a separate note indicating the specific missionary or project you wish to support. If you give by credit card through Canada Helps, your receipt will come immediately by e-mail from Canada Helps. Receipts for credit card donations will not be issued by CAM International of Canada.

Will the missionary I support know that I have given a gift to their ministry?
Donor names and contact details will be passed on to the missionary so that you can receive regular updates on the progress of your joint-ministry.
