Community

• The commitment to love and care for one another unconditionally as a missionary family to fulfill the vision that unites us.
• The emphasis on maintaining the unity of the Spirit under Christ, the Head of the Body.
• Service that humbly influences others to accomplish the purposes of God by modeling Christ’s sacrificial love.
• The development, nurture and support of both individuals and their families.

Common Vision

• The understanding of what God wants to accomplish through CAM International to impact the world and the active pursuit of our role in God’s plan. 
• The confrontation of ministry opportunities and challenges in new ways by exercising creativity, flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to take risks associated with change.

Cooperation
(1 Co. 12; Eph. 4)

• Partnership with missionaries and national believers to pursue a shared vision by laying aside personal ambitions and working together as a team. 
• Proactive development of mutually beneficial relationships with other like-minded organizations in strategic ministries to advance the gospel.
